This is my third full Robert McClung book to read. One mention of a prehistoric animal is all that points to a specific worldview. The book has a great combination of facts and narrative story telling. Included in the story is a illustration and facts about food chains that include snakes. Book covers birth, mating (child appropriately done), habitats, death, food and predators of and varieties of snakes.
