This book draws on the breadth and depth of wisdom of Ted Engstrom and Paul Cedar - two men whom I consider the leadership gurus and older mentors that today's emerging generation is looking for. I was hoping for a solid treatment of what "compassion" truly looks like in a leader and how one acquires it. Instead, much of the book was a rehash of leadership principles that can be found in their previous books, especially Engstrom.
