Most comprehensive English grammar I've found & accessible by non-academics. Can be used for/by ESL or native English speakers.
But I almost gave it 4 stars because the index is horrible.

I was disappointed that there is no CD in the package, despite this being stated on the invoice slip. I feel that the cost is expensive when an integral part of the book is missing.
