The book is extremely wordy and repetitive. I kept saying to myself, "Yeah, you already talked about this same thing in three other chapters. The book includes the words "leadership" and "ethics" in the title but 90% of the book has little to do with these topics in a practical manner. I'm very glad I will never read it again.
