Emergency Response and Emergency Management Law was a required textbook for a college level course in Emergency and Disaster Management I was taking online with WCU while I was deployed to a major tornado disaster on behalf of DHS/FEMA. The text thoroughly covered the material, was easy to grasp and helped me to achieve my goals. The law cases presented are very relevant and appropriate for Professionals in Emergency Management.

The only reason for not having a 5 is it can get a little lengthy and detailed at times, however that may be great for some.
