After using this book in a class, it is a really good book on real estate finance and is written in a manner that is easy for people to understand. It probably needs to be updated as a lot has happened in real estate financing in the last year to warrant a new edition. There are questions in the back of each chapter that are helpful for people to study for exams. It is a good book that is comprehensive, but will need an update of important information.

The textbook is awesome! It is clear and concise without a lot of clutter and extraneous information. Also, the examples are realistic, well written and illustrate the subject content nicely. It is far superior to other real estate textbooks that I have been exposed to in my teaching career!
