I am not certain how I was led to this book, but I am ever grateful that it arrived on my doorstep a few days ago.
After only reading the first two chapters, I felt a lightness and hope that I haven't felt in a long time.
Paul shares his life in business as well as his personal experiences in a way that is engaging and endearing. He exemplifies what all business people (heck, all people!!) should strive to be. His integrity is refreshing in this day of "me first" mentality.
Paul, I hope you sell a million copies of this book and then a million more! Thank you!

I've read a lot of inspiring books and this is one of the best. I went through a range of emotions reading it, but the most lasting effect was that I was fired up. It really made me think hard about many aspects of my life and to re-examine even those areas I thought I had mastered pretty well. But Paul's take is always thought provoking and often refreshing. The chapter about his employee who was embezzling money is a great example. I would have reacted much differently but after reading how he handled it and the outcome, I had to re-examine my own ideas about my relationship to other people and to myself. And that happened chapter after chapter. Reading some of it was gut-wrenching and some was very touching. I could relate to much of what he wrote and I learned a lot. I had a hard time putting the book down and now I can't wait to read it again. Excellent book!

I just watched Paul Streitz's interview with NBC Chicago and I was totally inspired to buy this book!

Paul Streitz's novel " Blue-Collar Buddha" is a Must read. I just could not put it down because it is one of those very rare books that everyone can relate to.

Paul Streitz takes you on his life journey and shows you how he overcomes numerous hardships that lead him into a great deal of success. The story deals with his childhood issues from relationship problems to business matters. This book is a prime example on how you can turn any negative situation into a positive one as long as you do not give up. "Blue-Collar Buddha" not only encourages you but inspires you to chase after your dreams while giving you insightful tips on how to be successful in every aspect of your life. I LOVED this book and am recommending it to all my friends!

By the end, you can't help but feel that you've been on a journey of discovery with the author, gotten to know him well, and that he's been a helpful mentor along the way. Paul Streitz's novel " Blue-Collar Buddha" takes you on a heart-felt emotional roller coaster ride that you never want to end. Paul is a man who overcame many hardships throughout his life - from childhood issues to battling cancer twice. Streitz turned all of his negative issues into positive lessons learned which led him into a great deal of success. Paul went from being a flight attendant to owning a lighting company that he later sold for 7 million dollars. Paul Streitz's novel makes you go from being happy and sad to laughing and crying. It also encourages you to look at life differently because, regardless of the situation, you can always make some kind of good out of it as long as you never give up and never settle for nothing but the best. Paul is an amazing author and a fantastic motivational speaker. I just found his latest TV interview on WGN Chicago. Please check it out!
