“My students liked the organization of Garrett. They thought it was easy to read and an appropriate resource for this course.” —Charles Long, University of Memphis

“I have been searching for a book that would thoroughly treat all of the concepts in brain and behavior while also being easy enough for the student to read without becoming overwhelmed. I think that the Garrett text might be an answer to my problem.” —Natalie Ceballos, Texas State University

“The key issues in teaching biopsychology are getting students focused on the material and making it interesting enough for them to be willing to read the text. Hallolan
The textbook is very well organized and put together. The images are well-chosen and are quite supplemental to the text. The text is quite simple to understand and the extra study questions have been very helpful for class. For someone who is not going to become a neurologist and merely wants to dabble in the subject, this book has been endlessly fascinating.
Burisi
Extremely clear to understand. Well written and not too dry (I did not fall asleep while reading the assignments).

This book will really educate you on Brain & Behavior as it's title suggests. I bought this book for this Biological Psychology class I had at my local community college. If it wasn't for this book I may have gotten a D grade or worse in that Bio Psych class. This book explained complex subjects within the field of brain pathology, sleep science, and etc.

Me not being a science expert I was hoping this book would help me get through my Bio Psych class and it did. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves or cares about studying the brain and the behavior of humans.

I would like to thank Amazon bookseller fasttextbooksf4you for fast and prompt service and helping me pass that SUPER hard and super boring Bio Psych class.
Murn
I really like this book. There is a newer version out now. This book has a lot of info about how the brain and the body work together to create our psychology.
