Worla

I usually enjoy Miranda Lee but, I found this book not up to her usual standards. Both the H & H seemed very immature in their emotions and dealing with each other. The sex scenes were very MATURE but, those scenes didn't relate well with the actions of either character before they made love. She seemed so dumb regarding life in general for a 25 year old and he seemed immature for a man 14 years her senior. I thought the book would have been terrific if she blended the character as both having very mature personalities and then the sex scenes would have been more important to the story.

Story had so much background that it Took forever to get to any useful action. Seemed like it ended so quickly from lack of any thrilling tension and mostly without a twist. Disappointing!

And while he is now Sydney's most handsome and eligible billionaire, she needs protecting from Nick most of all. Nick's parade of beautiful women has always irritated Sarah, and he puts all her male admirers through the third degree, but this Christmas, she plans to catch his eye herself. Nick is not all that likeable: Sarah is OK, but the best character is gay Derek. There are a few hot sex scenes, but this is not Miranda Lee's best effort.

This wasn't quite as good as "Blackmailed into the Italian's Bed", but it had a great story. Nick and Sarah always seemed to love each other from afar never wanting to give into their secret desires. Once they finally did give into their desires, things heated up. I think readers will enjoy this tale.

I like this book alot. The story is based on a woman who's guardian is a good looking guy and both of them are in love with each other unfortunately, the guy has some issues and don't want to tell the girl how he feels about her althought she is flirts with him all the time. You'll defiantely love the story.
