Danielle Steels is such a fine writer who has given me so much pleasure with her numerous excellent works. Please get back to the quality of quite a long time ago. A very sympathetic heroine, too perfect perhaps, but that is regular ds recipe. However, already the first 20-30 pages are so repetitive and downright boring that I only kept reading in the hope that it would all get better. I wouldn't dismiss Danielle Steel altogether though and would look into her other books still more.
