The Shadow Kingdom book. Published February 1st 2008 by Dodo Press (first published 2007). This is an anthology of short stories written by Robert E. Howard in the 1920’s and 1930’s. Most of the stories are fantasy, with a couple of exceptions.

As the stories in this book will prove, Robert E. Howard was a writer who could make any genre his own, and even create a new genre when circumstance called for it. In these pages, you’ll encounter stories of fantasy, horror, adventure, and humor. Taken individually, they are a real treat to illustrate.

The mirrors ofštuzunšthune. Howard was full of clever and interesting ideas, and he was himself an accomplished poet; it would be easy to say that he was a kind of amalgamation of the two authors. I purchased this book assuming I was getting 'Wildside Press' book, but what I actually got was the 'Cosmos book'. The Book I got contained. The publishers even included the first stories of Solomon Kane and King Kull, which adds further value to "Shadow Kingdoms".

Singers in the Shadows Another interesting book written by Howard in this series is called as ‘Conan the Conqueror’

He is not alone in the quest of the treasure. The others who join Conan in the mix up include a fugitive named Princess Chabela, a privateer called Zarono, and Thoth-Amon, a Stygian sorcerer. Another interesting book written by Howard in this series is called as ‘Conan the Conqueror’. This book was also released by the Ace publication in 1984, after its original release in 1936.
