We got this for our teen boy. He's played football for a few years now & is starting wrestling & also plans on doing track this year. We were hoping he would really take to it & learn all that he could about taking care of his body, but he is still a teen, one who is not too keen on reading. But I love it. It has great recipes, all of which he could cook easy enough. It is definitely a good book to have if you are or have a teen athlete. He may not be into reading it, but I'm preaching it to him!
