This book for Holberg & Allen was one of the basic books I used to study in depth the different topics of CMOS analog circuit design. The book level is moderate for me, which could be in the middle between other beginner-level books advanced-level like Razavi book. The Hardcover version has these 2 chapters though. Really bummed about this.
