This book abridges cases to the point where there are little to no facts, so.Bought this book for my Constitutional Law class.
I had the Chemerinsky book for the first section of my con law class and it was far superior. My prof assigned one case in the supplement, the obamacare one, that I wish I'd just googled and read and spent the money that I did on this on a burger or somethin.

Constitutional Law book.
Every part of the book has been extensively revised-even the sections on the origins of substantive due process and the Lochner era.
The Notes and Questions, which have long been a hallmark of the book, continue to present a wide range of perspectives for students to consider, rather than reflecting a single point of view that users of the book must either adopt or teach against. Fallon Jr is Professor of Law at the Harvard Law School. He earned his BA from Yale University, matriculated as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University and then took his legal education at the Yale Law School
Richard H. He earned his BA from Yale University, matriculated as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University and then took his legal education at the Yale Law School. Widely known for his expertise in constitutional law and the federal courts, Fallon has been a valuable advisor to many organizations and litigants facing constitutional issues. Professor Fallon is also an accomplished educator.
Instructors will especially like the illuminating and provocative extracts from the literature that accompany important new cases.
