I have read several of this author's books and enjoyed them alot.

This is the first book he wrote and while not as good as some of the later ones it's still a good SiFi read. Norwood does a very goods job of using various alien species and their cultures in his stories.

This is the last of The Windhover Tapes. All of them were excellent science fiction and very well written.

This 3rd installmentof Gerard Manley's adventures as a Fed Contract diplomat is The PREQUEL of the first novel (Somewhat).. We get to see how the Fed vwas using him for double agent/assassin work long before all these video games came out that give the character those innate abilities.. This book was a favorite of mine on my bus rides because of the action & escape it gave me(Don't need to go into the furtherances of where my experiences have gone since I read this back in 85/86..). Norwood gave Manley a really cool life in the Ribble Galaxy, long before "Undiscovered Country" & Next Generation showed Intergalactic Travel in movies and TV. Fairy Peg is a great love interest & the way the story moves is NOT Slow in this novel, really sets the stage for a neat tie-in(up?)in the last book..
