Matthew Drutt (born December 8, 1962) is an American curator and writer who specializes in modern and contemporary art and design. Based in New York, he has operated Drutt Creative Arts Management (DCAM) since 2013. He has worked with the Beyeler Foundation in Switzerland (2013–2015) and the State Hermitage Museum in Russia (2013–2014), consulting on exhibitions, publications, and collections.
The Thannhauser Galleries were established by the Thannhauser family in early 20th century Europe. Their cutting-edge exhibitions helped forge the reputations of many of the most important Modernist artists. Heinrich Thannhauser (1859–1935) opened the first of the Thannhauser Galleries in Munich in the fall of 1909, after deciding to leave the gallery that he had previously opened with his friend Franz Josef Brakl
